Introduction

 

JM PARTNERS Group since its founding has been operating on the Czech market and progressively also on other European markets through independent companies (such as in Slovakia JM PARTNERS.SK, in Russia JM PARTNERS.RU). Other markets such as Romania or Austria are for the time being controlled by the mother company from Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. Since the very beginning the group has been focused on barcode technology and all the support related to these technologies.

The main target areas are big projects of selling and full support of the barcode technologies and then also own production of self-adhesive labels and tags for thermotransfer printers provided into these projects. Our main areas of interest are:

• automotive industry
• electro technical industry
• logistics

All these activities can not be carried out without a quality background, which is understood as a both technical and human background. Behind all that in company’s top management there are owners, who have approximately 15 years of experience with the management of a company such as this one. As theirs fellow-workers they chose the employees with a lot of experience in IT, service support and projects such as those mentioned above.

The headquarters is, and there is no coincidence in that, in Mladá Boleslav, the very center of the Czech automotive industry, where the company has a lot of its major customers.

Since the beginning of the year 2001, considering the growing activities, there is a first subsidiary company, JM PARTNERS.SK in Slovakia, which is also operating mainly in automotive industry that has grown rapidly in Slovakia in past few years. In very short period of time the company has earned a very good position in the market and has become a partner of big carmakers (for example VW Bratislava) and significant sub suppliers (Johnson Controls, Faurecia, Sauer-Danfos etc). In 2004 the company obtained the certificate Intermec Premium Solutions Partner, which is the best possible form of partnership and also obtained the technical certification and became authorized service partner of Intermec company. These were very important moments in the company’s history.

In 2005 our company recorded a rapid growth of the turnover and that is why the owners has decided to make an important business step – we became a authorized partner of SYMBOL TECHNOLOGIES (now it´s MOTOROLA) and ZEBRA by doing so we significantly extended our portfolio of the goods.

Since the beginning of theirs founding all the companies has focused on the delivery of the HW and top-quality technical support. In SW solutions area they are cooperating with a few notable partners:

- NAVISYS
- SAP
- MICROSOFT

 

With these companies we made a number of successful barcode implementations and not only in the Czech Republic. Currently, together with are partners, we focus on the RFID solutions and programming of interfaces for the user environments of the companies mentioned above and for supported technologies.

Because for the subscribers in the automotive and electro technical industry the most important thing is the quality of the deliveries and the service support, our company wanted to make it clear and that is why in 2003 we were certified by the international standard ISO 9001:2000. By doing so we clearly declare our quality and send towards the customer a signal that they can trust us. In 2007 all the companies under the JM PARTNERS GROUP has gone through the IS0 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2005 a OHSAS 18001:1999 certification.

Consumables - production

Considering all the facts mentioned above in 2001 our company decided to start with developing and making of consumables – especially tags and self-adhesive labels of all shapes and modifications including color print.

 

Currently we make labels in two factories in the Czech Republic. We have a lot stuff in our production schedule especially designed labels with print, labels for weight system reprint and for thermotransfer printers, PRINT labels. We value every customer and every order and according to this we act – we neither are nor want to be that kind of company, where is always mess due to lots of employees and nobody knows anything. Currently we make on 5 production lines in two factories, altogether about 50 employees, who maintain operational all of our productions such as making and printing itself, or example our graphic studio. Technical department activities

Main focus of our technical department is to gain the trust of the customer and satisfy his needs in IT area in such a way that JM PARTNERS GROUP remains his stable supplier. We are able to ensure a lot of hardware and software services – from individual devices throughout the complete IT delivery up to contract guaranteed service and all that in the Czech republic as well as in Slovakia.

Certified technicians are at disposal to our customers in the following areas:

Technical services

Service of INTERMEC devices (printers, scanners, RF devices), SYMBOL (scanners, RF devices), ZEBRA (printers) and Cisco (RF devices)

• repairs and replacements of all broken components,
• SW configuration of the device,
• Installation of the device at customer’s,
• training of the personnel,
• regular maintenance (prophylaxes),
• loan of substitute device, installation at customer’s request or as a compensation for deficient installation until it is repaired,
• testing and choosing the right consumables for the printer,

Site Survey

We conduct surveying of RF signal 2.4 GHz and its quality. That is the most important step before projecting of the network itself. To do that, we use professional software which allows us to map the entire area and search for possible interruptions, shielding of a radio signal etc. Complete report including a colorful map of a signal covering is a sure thing.

Contract guaranteed service

We take over partially or entirely (according the agreement) maintenance of the whole barcode system and take care of its running. Service contract may include for example regular prophylaxis of all printers, checking and if necessary configuration of the scanners and RF devices. In case of malfunction we are ready to give you several solutions – our technician can get to you in time to repair it, or we can loan you a spare device free of charge etc. In some cases we hold so called NON-STOP service, in this case the technician is available 24/7 and the time to get to you is 4 hours from the reporting of malfunction (of course considering the customer’s location).
