Politics of JM partners GROUP

for the period 2007 – 2009
The management of companies JM partners GROUP aims, in order to maintain and improve the acquired position on the European market, information technology, service and consumables manufacturing, to increase the quality, safety and health at work and environmental protection.
The aim of the whole group is continuous improvement in the efficiency of an integrated management system (quality, Environmental and Occupational Health). The group will also perform according to the electrotechnical survey code (EICC). The intentions of the group are expressed in these objectives.
1. increase the supply of services and products
2. ensure high professional expertise of products and services offered
3. improve the efficiency of the IMS system
4. implementation of prevention to reduce negative impacts on the environment (emissions, waste)
5. meet the requirements of all applicable laws and other regulations
6. observe all the principles of health and safety, minimize the risk of accidents and illnesses, increase the protection of workers
The management expects from the employees:
- strict and accurate compliance with the procedures laid down in the documentation for the
group of companies,
- responsibility for the high quality of their own work by preventing errors consisting in
selfcontrol before passing the work to their collegues or customers,
- written suggestions to improve operations given to the leadership according to their
expertise
The management undertakes these to support the above mentioned quality policy:
- to specify annually the targets evaluable within IMS
- to create conditions for all workers to meet these objectives
- to issue a set of measures to meet these goals and monitor their performance quarterly,
- in the event of failure to draw measures to remedy,
- To plan the necessary resources to meet the objectives of IMS in chat regards human
resources as well as financial issues,
- In the long term create the conditions for expansion of the working team of skilled technical
and professional workers
