American company TEXTOR LLC has been cooperating with us for a few years in area of analyzing of bigger orders our EU customers. This company makes for us marketing and consulting studies and also provides help on the markets outside the Czech Republic (for example renting of our new ofice in Russia)

Visicom is a Slovak company that in a short time became one of the European leaders for mobile solutions. Since the very beginning they have developed a functional service for mobile solutions and systems for network management (transport management, meteorology data gathering, distance monitoring of radio communication). They continue with the investment and development and thus ensure the strong position in the market of mobile solutions.

The key product of Visicom company is Hamilton SFA. Hamilton SFA is a complex modular system for Customer Relationship Management that is connected with the information system with the help of mobile databases. It is designated to support the mobile work in terrain.

The advantage of Hamilton system is the compatibility with more types of mobile computers; it enables total or partial data sharing and is connectable with informational system (foreign systems included). The seller is able to concentrate and send all important information, the system can arrange offers or orders in terrain – at the customer’s, it can execute a market survey (competitor’s products to be sold, price survey).
